Magical Beasts have appointed and endorsed nationally factory trained service technicians certified by PTS Belgium for all after sales service and technical support.

The manufacturer recommends annual planned preventative maintenance or every 1000 hours by a certified technician to ensure your unit continues to perform magically to their specifications and you experience maximum up time of the unit. Regular servicing of the unit can ensure reactive maintenance and call outs are minimised and the total cost of ownership is reduced.

Our service partners are:

• Working at agreed rates
• Supplied genuine spare parts from the factory
• Privy to current service manuals, diagrams and bulletins
• Communicative with the manufacturer and distributor regarding the work performed on PTS units
• Supported exclusively by the manufacturer and sole distributor Magical Beasts Pty Ltd
• Annually issued a Certificate of Training with a validity period to ensure their training is current (available upon request)
